Data collected
Forms may collect your first and last name, company, phone number, business email, objective, message and, where you choose to send it, a summary from the ROI calculator or AI assessment. Tool answers remain in your browser until you voluntarily submit a request.
Purposes and legal bases
- answer your request and prepare a potential project on the basis of pre-contractual steps requested by you;
- manage business discussions on the basis of MAKEERS's legitimate interest;
- send occasional advice or news only where you select the dedicated consent box;
- protect the website and forms against abuse on the basis of a legitimate security interest.
Required fields are necessary to process your request. Without them, MAKEERS cannot respond.
Recipients and providers
Data is available to authorised members of MAKEERS. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc.. Messages are transmitted by Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) and received in the contact mailbox configured by MAKEERS. This website does not maintain its own prospect database.
International transfers
Netlify and Resend are based in the United States. Their services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. They state that relevant transfers are covered by the Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
- prospect requests: up to three years after collection or the prospect's last active contact;
- advice and news: until consent is withdrawn or no later than three years after the last active contact;
- information required for a contractual relationship: during the relationship and then for applicable legal periods;
- technical security logs: no longer than twelve months unless an incident requires longer retention.
Your rights
